You'll play a key role in developing and executing social strategies, creating compelling content, managing communities, and collaborating across teams to bring breakthrough product stories to life-stories that sit at the intersection of technology, creativity, and human connection. *Key* *Responsibilities* * Partner with the Social Lead to develop and execute a best-in-class social strategy across a family of apps and services. * Build platform-specific strategies and creative franchises to connect with diverse, global communities. * Become a subject matter expert and advocate for our products, ensuring social storytelling reflects the latest features, updates, and cultural moments. * Oversee content creation from brief to publishing, ensuring content is optimized for each platform and resonates with target audiences. * Collaborate with world-class creative teams to develop social-first content that drives engagement and brand affinity. * Work with producers to streamline workflows and optimize processes for scale. * Partner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Performance, Brand, Comms) to ensure alignment and amplification across channels. * Develop playbooks, special programs, and social-first activations that drive UGC, community engagement, and brand love. * Manage agency partners and external collaborators with clear communication and accountability. * Anticipate blockers, manage multiple timelines, and deliver against deadlines with clarity and confidence. * Operate globally, collaborating with regional teams to ensure strategies land with cultural relevance and local resonance. *Nice* *to Have* * Strong copywriting and content editing skills that bring a distinct brand voice to life across platforms. * Experience developing strategies for emerging platforms like Threads and building communities on video-first channels like YouTube. * A passion for storytelling that bridges technology and culture, with a pulse on internet trends, creators, and digital communities. * A track record of working within large, matrixed organizations and collaborating across global teams. *Minimum* *Qualifications* * 8+ years of experience in social media and community management in consumer-facing industries such as tech, gaming, entertainment, or culture. * Proven track record of building and executing successful social strategies and campaigns. * Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence strategic decisions and align across stakeholders. * Deep knowledge of social marketing, including trends, creators, and platform best practices. * Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure. *Preferred* *Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in marketing or a related field. * Experience in innovative product categories such as AR/VR, gaming, or other culturally relevant consumer brands. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
