*Product Owner with minimum 3-5 years experience as a Product Owner with **VMware, storage solutions/applications, infrastructure knowledge & experience**.*
**Must have a Bachelor's degree** *Role is HYBRID in Omaha, NE & requires 4-5 days of on-site work for first 1-2 months during onboarding before switching to 50% HYBRID schedule.* *Description* Serves as a Product Owner responsible for identifying, organizing, prioritizing, and assessing work for a platform delivery team. The Product Owner's responsibilities include gathering feature requests, scheduling releases and coordinating sprints. Abilities include identifying user needs and working with cross-functional teams to manage product releases. Responsible for facilitating communication between stakeholders and delivery team(s), as well as helping clearly define what should be built on behalf of the relevant business team(s) and why. Expected to interact with subject matter experts across multiple departments and to support the BA/QA professionals on the team in creating users stories and developing test plans built around the product and project requirements. FUNDAMENTAL JOB REQUIREMENTS: Works under occasional supervision, referring only unusual cases to others. Uses independent judgment to handle moderately complex issues and problems. Possesses comprehensive general knowledge of subject matter to make decisions on various cases working independently. Opportunity for errors may be serious and may involve loss of productivity. Communicates with both inside and outside contacts carrying out organization policy and programs. Communication requires judgment, explanation, discussion, problem solving and considerable tact. Regularly works with confidential data. Provides immediate supervision over a group of employees. There is limited authority for personnel decisions. Three or more years related work experience. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - Strong team facilitation skills Strong interpersonal skills including conflict resolution skills - Strong sense of ownership and accountability - Excellent oral and written communication skills with all levels of the organization, including vendors - Ability to explain and defend a view point and persuade others to a defined position - Ability to prioritize work objectives and goals - Ability to write and break down User Stories, Test Cases, Acceptance Criteria Identify problems and make decisions, train personnel, and organize workflow - Maintain confidentiality Delegate, plan, prioritize, and meet deadlines - Design and use computer programs to analyze data - Organize time and resources and handle multiple high priorities Abilities: - Learn quickly - Work independently - Work well with others - Work with remote team members - Respond well to demands on time and resources *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $50.00 - $70.00/hr.
