Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Call Center Representative to join our team in administering health insurance benefits. In this role, you will handle inbound calls from members and healthcare providers, assisting with inquiries related to claims, benefits, and eligibility. Key Responsibilities: * Respond to 50-60 incoming calls daily from members and providers. * Provide accurate information regarding health insurance benefits, claims status, and eligibility. * Document call details and follow up on outstanding issues as needed. * Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries. * Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in every interaction. Qualifications: * Previous experience in a high-volume call center environment is required. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills. * Ability to navigate multiple systems and multitask effectively. * Healthcare or insurance industry experience is a strong plus. * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in healthcare or customer service are a bonus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
