If they have not been an actual "lead" it is okay as long as they have several years of experience. 2. Experience troubleshooting 3. Experience with installation and maintenance (racks, panels, cabinets and cabling inside the plant). Description ISP Fiber Leads/Crew Leads. In this case, they HAVE to be experienced Splicers. NOT just people who have done cabling and seen splicing. They should also have connected inside and outside plants, done testing and troubleshooting, installation and maintenance, and be able to read and understand technical diagrams when needed.
