We're looking for a Mail Center Operator to support our dynamic mail operations team. If you enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to meet you! What You'll Do * Process Returned Mail: Sort and route up to 10 trays of returned mail daily to the correct internal departments. * Fulfill Marketing Requests: Package and send brochures, pamphlets, and guides to sales agents, brokers, and members. * Mail Assembly: Insert envelopes and prepare materials for distribution-no print production required. * Lift & Move Materials: Safely handle boxes and mailroom items (up to 50 lbs). What You Bring * Experience in mailroom operations, printing, inserting, or receiving. * Mechanical aptitude to adjust inserting equipment (preferred). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Strong attention to detail and time management. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
