Title: Conference Room (AV) Technicians Duration: 1+ year contract (potential for conversion based on workload and real estate strategy) Position Overview: We're seeking Conference Room AV Technicians to support and maintain over 300 conference rooms across the U.S., with a primary focus on locations in Madison, WI. These technicians will handle real-time troubleshooting of Zoom and Microsoft Teams connectivity issues, often working directly with end users ranging from executives to guests. Key Responsibilities: * Provide on-site support for conference room technology issues * Respond to tickets via ServiceNow and resolve issues in person * Troubleshoot and resolve AV connectivity problems (Zoom, Teams) * Perform room sweeps and proactive maintenance * Support large meetings and events as needed * Maintain cable management and ensure rooms are left in excellent condition * Update firmware/software as directed * Collaborate with remote techs to address alerts and outages * Use tools like Microsoft Teams, Zoom Admin, and Pro Portal for monitoring Requirements: * Strong knowledge of Microsoft Teams and Zoom * Experience with AV equipment installation and troubleshooting * Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and use ladders safely * Comfortable working on feet for extended periods and moving between buildings * Excellent communication and customer service skills * Self-starter with a team-oriented mindset * Familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus, but not required * 100% on-site role, core hours 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM CST (flexibility to cover until 5:00 PM as needed) Top Skills: * Microsoft Teams * Zoom * Cabling & AV installation * Audio troubleshooting Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $22.00/hr.
