What You'll Do: Support desktop maintenance and deployment projects. Remove old hardware and install new systems and peripherals (printers, monitors, etc.). Troubleshoot issues and resolve tickets quickly and effectively. Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and team members. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
