Responsibilities Responsibilities:
1.Oversee a department of 20+ employees, including three supervisors 2.Coordinate our relationships with our 1099 employees and physical audit vendors 3.Control the premium audit process procedures from inception of the policy to the final billing of the completed audit 4.Utilize AmTrust software technology to assign all PEO policies to the designated premium audit vendors, and work with the PEO, Managing General Agent (MGA) to obtain client audit contact and needed audit information 5.Generate and distribute master policy, loss runs, client lists, and other information for each expired policy and distribute it to audit vendors 6.Monitor and follow up with the premium audit vendors for timeliness in obtaining the final audit and work with all parties to defuse any audit issues during the process 7.Review submissions to leadership for final approval and facilitate billing process 8.Handle all inquiries and audit disputes and be responsible for the revision of any audits using the above process procedures 9.Oversee programs that rely on manual premium audit processing 10.Travel to other AmTrust offices and to the MGA locations, approximately 15-20% is required 11.Keeps current with market trends and demands. 12.Performs other functionally related duties as assigned. Qualifications: Required: *Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience *5+ years of classification for workers compensation and general liability coverage *Strong experience in utilizing multiple software applications, with the demonstrated ability to quickly learn new software applications *Experience in successfully completing premium audit work, with work history to include increasingly complex assignments in premium audit *Demonstrable analytical skills necessary to handle all aspects of required tasks, including problem solving, and information gathering skills *Ability to manage/plan multiple tasks on an extended basis and within deliverable time frames Preferred: *Successful completion of insurance industry coursework and achievement of industry certification, such as CPCU, is a plus This job description is designed to provide a general overview of the requirements of the job and does not entail a comprehensive listing of all activities, duties, or responsibilities that will be required in this position.
