Facility Coordinator - JLL What this job involves: As a Facility Coordinator at JLL, you will provide comprehensive facility management services while serving as an ambassador to client staff and visitors. This role combines operational facility management with exceptional customer service to ensure superior workplace experiences that meet client expectations. You will be responsible for continuous monitoring of facility operations, maintaining professional standards consistent with Service Level Agreements, and serving as a key liaison between various stakeholders. Your role is essential to creating a welcoming environment while ensuring all facility services are executed professionally and in compliance with applicable regulations. What your day-to-day will look like: * You will provide general overall facility management services including continuous monitoring of the work order system (Corrigo) * You will maintain daily digital billboard updates with current projects and safety training information * You will serve as an ambassador to client staff, welcoming visitors in a warm and friendly manner while answering questions * You will process temporary and permanent badges when required and maintain reception and common areas in clean and tidy condition * You will provide superior customer service through client and stakeholder management to meet on-site expectations * You will serve as liaison for landlord communications and provide vendor escorting services * You will provide support in completing site audits and assist Occupancy Planner with duties as required Required Qualifications: * You must demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills for client-facing interactions * You must have experience with facility management systems and work order management * You must possess strong organizational skills and attention to detail for maintaining facility operations * You must have professional demeanor and appearance to serve as client ambassador * You must demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and ad hoc responsibilities * You must have knowledge of safety protocols and compliance requirements * You must be committed to continuous improvement of service performance Preferred Qualifications: * You should have experience with Corrigo or similar work order management systems * You should have knowledge of facility management best practices and procedures * You should have experience in reception, customer service, or facilities coordination roles * You should have understanding of Service Level Agreements and performance metrics * You should have familiarity with badge processing systems and security protocols Location: Onsite - Coopersburg, PA Location: On-site -Coopersburg, PAIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don't meet all the requirements.
