The Opportunity

We are seeking an Executive Recruiting Researcher to join our dynamic Executive Search team. As a Researcher, you will own all aspects of candidate identification and prioritization for critical searches across the company. You will convert market noise into qualified leads, insights, and actions for recruiting and hiring leaders, while supporting proactive talent-mapping and networking initiatives.

Adobe's Executive Researchers are driven by curiosity and a commitment to understanding how the business operates at every level. We continuously learn, ask the right questions, and deliver exceptional candidates who align with Adobe's strategic goals.

Your expertise will be instrumental in ensuring the success of some of our most critical searches, and in maintaining a robust pipeline of exceptional candidates poised to drive our company's growth and innovation forward!

What you will do:

  • Drive search strategy & research execution: Partner with Talent Partners and Hiring Managers to refine search theses and own all candidate identification and prioritization.

  • Curate our always-on market map: Identify target companies and key product/functional charters. Dive into org structures and reporting lines to fuel executive pipelines and deliver high-confidence hires.

  • Be a trusted advisor: You collaborate with key partners throughout the hiring lifecycle, converting noise (press, org-changes, job posts, funding, product launches) into qualified leads, insights, and action for recruiters and hiring managers.

  • Contribute to a winning team: Share your passion for excellence, collaborate effectively, and go above and beyond to find the best solutions.

What you need to succeed:

  • 5-7 years of research experience in executive recruiting, preferably within a fast-paced technology company or search firm.

  • Proven ability to partner with executives: You have a track record of successful collaborations with senior leaders. You are service-oriented and responsive to direction, with strong judgment on when to challenge decisions to ensure the best outcomes.

  • Investigative rigor: You're a skeptical and structured thinker. You turn ambiguity into defined lines of research. You write with brevity and clarity.

  • High discretion: You handle confidential searches and sensitive information with impeccable judgment.

  • Tenacious & Owns the Outcome: You are proactive, follow threads and close loops. You think creatively to overcome recruiting challenges.
