Our studio blends the agility of a startup with the scale of a global brand portfolio-and we care deeply about craft, storytelling, and making content that connects. From scrappy shoots to polished productions, we create content that is culturally relevant, creatively inspired, and strategically aligned with how consumers engage with food today.

What you will do...

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-driven Production Coordinator to support our in-house content studio. This role is essential to keeping our production engine running smoothly, tracking timelines, managing logistics, and helping the team stay focused and on schedule. You will juggle multiple projects at once, support producers and creatives, lead weekly production meetings, and help scorecard our success across campaigns and content types. * Support producers and studio leadership in managing production timelines, calendars, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects

* Lead weekly production meetings to align teams, review priorities, and flag risks or blockers

* Track and maintain project documentation including briefs, scopes, budgets, and production schedules

* Coordinate logistics for shoots, meetings, and reviews-including booking talent, locations, props and vendors as needed

* Help manage asset delivery and versioning across platforms (digital, retail, social)

* Assist in maintaining scorecards and performance trackers to measure studio output and success

* Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams and external partners to keep projects moving

* Maintain organized systems for file management, production tools, and team workflows

* Troubleshoot scheduling conflicts, resource gaps, and production challenges with a calm, solutions-first mindset

* Stay flexible and responsive in a fast-moving studio environment, adapting to shifting priorities and timelines

Who you will work with...

Producers, studio leadership, marketing and project teams to manage production timelines, calendars, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects.

What you bring to the table... (Required Skills)

* 3 plus years of experience in production coordination, creative operations, or project management-ideally within a studio, agency, or marketing team

Bachelors in film production, communications, media studies or related degree

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail-you love a well-built spreadsheet and a clean calendar

* Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously without losing sight of the big picture

* Clear and confident communication skills-able to keep teams informed and aligned

* Familiarity with production workflows across digital, social, and retail channels

* Comfort working with creative teams and understanding the nuances of content development

* A proactive, resourceful mindset-ready to solve problems and keep things moving

* Passion for food, storytelling, and helping brands connect with consumers in meaningful ways

It would be nice if you have... (Preferred Skills)

* CPG experience in the food industry

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$67,000-$96,300

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
