Location:
100% in-office/non-remote in Springfield, MA. To be considered, candidates must reside within a commutable distance. If currently residing outside of a commutable distance, candidate must clearly state willingness to relocate at the top of their resume and/or cover letter.
Position Overview:
This position is responsible for the full lifecycle recruitment process. The Recruiter will utilize existing policies and procedures while also developing and influencing innovative talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain highly-qualified candidates. The Recruiter will be a Brand Ambassador and someone who plays a critical role in the recruitment and retention of talent.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a reputation of being a strong Brand Ambassador and a champion of initiatives and efforts made by Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, and the Company.
- Manage a full life-cycle recruiting process to meet staffing needs across the brand. This will include: Sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviewing (phone, virtual, or in-person) candidates; Drafting/negotiating/extending offers; Onboarding new employees prior to orientation
- Responsible for recruiting a variety of positions from entry to senior-level roles across multiple locations.
- Collaborate across the organization to earn credibility and build strong relationships.
- Provide counsel to hiring managers through the assessment and evaluation of talent.
- Conduct intake meetings, determine appropriate recruiting strategies, set expectations, manage consensus/debrief meetings, and work closely with hiring managers to ensure positions are filled in a timely manner.
- Source passive and active talent through internet sourcing, social media, professional & collegiate events, & other nontraditional techniques.
- Proactively grow & utilize professional network(s) (i.e. Linked In & other professional platforms) for sourcing talent.
- Effectively Utilize Recruiting & HR Tools (i.e. HRIS, ATS, Job Boards, Social Media, Referral Programs & More).
- Represent the brand at collegiate, professional, and community events.
- Develop and maintain candidate pipelines by building and enhancing engagement opportunities with local schools of all levels (high school, community colleges, technical/trade schools and universities) and continuing to bring brand and job opportunity awareness to the region.
- Coordinate and enhance internship program.
- Use metrics/data to drive recruiting and hiring decisions.
- Create, maintain, and deliver regular staffing reports on openings and recruiting activity.
- Stay informed on recruiting trends and make formal recommendations regarding recruiting strategies, tools, and/or resources.
- Partner with Operations to assist with coordination of trainee programs
- Assist with various projects, support employee engagement activities, and other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field required.
- 3+ years of full lifecycle recruiting experience required.
- Experience recruiting in the Engineering, Manufacturing, Assembly, and/or Distribution environment, required.
- Experience recruiting for a wide range of positions from entry to senior level roles, required.
- Experience supporting recruiting efforts across multiple states/locations, preferred.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems - ADP RM Preferred.

- Proficiency in Microsoft office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, TEAMs etc.) required
Physical Demands:
- Prolonged sitting and performing typical office related duties.
- Occasional lifting: 20 to 30 pounds.
