The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading recruitment efforts while also taking on a more strategic role in talent acquisition operations. This position typically involves coordinating interviews, managing recruitment processes, and optimizing hiring workflows.

Summary of Job Duties

  • Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of roles, from job scoping to offer negotiation.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop job descriptions, and define recruitment strategies.
  • Source candidates using a variety of methods including job boards, employee referrals, and talent pools.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role requirements and cultural fit.
  • Develop and maintain talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance visibility and attract top talent.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
  • Stay current with talent acquisition trends, technologies, and best practices.
  • Mentor junior members of the recruitment team as needed.


Required Qualifications/Skills:

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in both agency and in-house environments.
  • Strong track record of hiring for a wide range of functions and levels, especially in a manufacturing setting.
  • Exceptional sourcing and headhunting skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Passionate about providing a top-tier candidate and hiring manager experience.
