Baker Hughes is currently hiring a Cordant Software Delivery Manager for the Industrial Solutions (IS) group. In this role you will be responsible for planning, mobilizing, and leading a cross-functional project technical team to deploy Cordant Solution Suite of products including AI-based software solutions to one or more key customers. The candidate will have previous experience leading full lifecycle cloud based and hybrid software solution implementations which include on-prem software components. The Delivery Manager will manage multiple internal and external stakeholders, manage a cross functional team to a project plan, resolve system integrations and implementation architectures, complete application out-of-box and custom configurations, deploy analytics, conduct UAT and provide overall oversight to the technical team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience with a refined and demonstrated skillset across software development and professional services. These areas include cloud operations management, strategic consulting, project management, AI / ML methodologies, and relevant use cases such as Asset Performance Management and Process Optimization applied to Energy and industrial domains like mining, facilities, water/waste water etc. Essential Responsibilities: Successful candidates will own the entire software implementation lifecyclefor IET, Industrial Solutions enterprise Digital Software for one or more customers.
- Own the cybersecurity consulting, analytics services implementation, reliability consulting, data based services etc. across the software implementation cycle for one or more customers.
- Coordinate multiple project / product workstreams, stakeholders, and reconcile the interdependencies.
- Chair the Program Technical SteerCo to resolve technical dependencies with across groups such as cloud operations, application configurations, AL / ML workstreams, data pipeline, verification / validation workstreams and customers.
- Facilitate communication among a program's cross-functional team of relevant product managers, subject matter experts, data scientists, solution architects, cloud operations engineers, data integration engineers, and software engineers.
- Own the operating cadence of daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly review cycles across relevant levels of management throughout the lifecycle.
- Planning the overall program and monitoring the progress.
- Responsible for the quality and timeliness of project documentation.
- Track project technical risks including non-released product features/ interfaces and drive mitigation actions engaging various stakeholders.
- Technical closure of implementation services scope and project technical hand over for ARR scope fulfilment.

Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or similar field; MSc or MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 12 years in oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, chemical engineering, or an adjacent industry.
- 5+ years' experience in software digital delivery
- Demonstrated sustained success in strategic and operational delivery of global enterprise level Digital programs managing resources across various geographic locations.
- Demonstrated experience in the management of cloud software infrastructure including VM's, networks, and security groups.
- Experience with smart hardware and associated integration with software products for integrated digital solutions.
- Technical acumen includes enterprise architecture, digital technology, and AI / ML.
- Background as a software engineer, analytics engineer or related skillset. Able to dive into technical details and lead activities to ensure successful delivery to our customers (e.g., functional scoping, application and data integration quality assurance, deliver trainings, issue debugging and resolution).

- Ability to work with global product management, product development, customer success and hardware project teams.
