Overview The Manager, Global Account Management leads a team of account professionals responsible for servicing key global clients. The role ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery by aligning cross-functional efforts, monitoring performance against strategic goals, and fostering strong client relationships to drive retention and growth. Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Provide day-to-day guidance and motivation to team members by setting clear expectations, delegating tasks effectively, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Inspire ownership and accountability through coaching and regular feedback.
Qualifications Education * High School Diploma or GED (Required) and * Bachelor's Degree (Preferred) Experience * 5+ years client relationship management experience (Required) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities * Demonstrated ability to efficiently use Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, documentation, and communication. High * Skilled in building interactive dashboards and visualizations to support data-driven decision-making; ability to extract insights from complex datasets and present findings clearly to stakeholders. Medium * Familiarity with CargoWise logistics platform, including shipment tracking, documentation workflows, and operational modules; ability to navigate and utilize system features to support supply chain activities. Medium * Capable of conveying information clearly and professionally across diverse audiences; builds positive relationships and collaborates effectively with internal teams and external partners. High * Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and coordinate tasks across teams; experience in planning, executing, and monitoring projects from initiation to completion. High * Works collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to shared goals and supporting colleagues; fosters a culture of mutual respect and accountability. Medium * Applies critical thinking to identify root causes, evaluate alternatives, and implement effective solutions; comfortable navigating ambiguity and resolving operational challenges. High * Adaptable to evolving business needs and processes; supports and drives change initiatives by engaging stakeholders, minimizing resistance, and ensuring smooth transitions.
