Utz Quality Foods is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Territory Sales Representative to join our expanding team in Sarasota, FL. If you're passionate about building relationships, driving growth, and making a real impact, this is your opportunity to step into a dynamic role with one of the most recognized snack brands in the country.

As a Territory Sales Representative, you'll be a key player in our sales strategy-working closely with independent distributors and retail partners to strengthen our market presence. Reporting to the Zone Sales Manager, you'll help shape the success of our brand in your territory by supporting distributors, sharing insights, and promoting best-in-class merchandising.

Key Responsibilities



  • Cultivating strong relationships with retail managers and independent distributors
  • Acting as a liaison between the Zone Sales Manager and distributors
  • Visiting retail locations regularly to support service levels and identify opportunities
  • Sharing performance data and product updates to help distributors optimize their business
  • Supporting workshops and training sessions to enhance distributor success
  • Occasionally covering open routes when needed


Job Requirements



  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
  • A proactive, relationship-focused mindset
  • Familiarity with Independent Distribution models (preferred but not required)
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to lift and transport products (up to 40+ lbs)
  • Valid driver's license and ability to obtain DOT certification
  • Experience in sales-especially in snacks, grocery, or beverages-is a plus
