Job Title: Contractor - Enterprise Technology Systems
Location: Merrifield, VA
Job Responsibilities:
- To research, evaluate, design, implement, and maintain system and product solutions, applying knowledge of engineering principles.
- To provide technical direction and engineering support for projects and infrastructure.
- Develop and maintain expert functional knowledge of evolving IT engineering industry technologies/competition, concepts, and trends.
- Specialized knowledge in a particular technology (e.g., cloud, security, databases)
Years of Experience Required:
- Significant Citrix virtual applications and desktop experience. (Citrix Studio, Citrix Policies, Citrix DaaS, App Layering, Machine Creation Services, FSLogix Profile Container, and Application Masking)
- Strong understanding of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops (formerly XenApp and XenDesktop), NetScaler, StoreFront, and Citrix Cloud.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Significant Experience with NetScaler / networking experience (NetScaler policies)
Preferred Certifications:
- Citrix Certified Associate - Virtualization (CCA-V)
- Citrix Certified Associate - App Delivery and Security (CCA-AppDS)
- Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization (CCP-V)
- Citrix Certified Professional - App Delivery and Security (CCP-AppDS)
- Citrix Certified Expert - Virtualization (CCE-V)
