Louisville, Kentucky, USA Clariant is currently looking for a Maintenance Operations Coordinator to support the Catalysts business unit in Louisville, KY. This role serves as the primary liaison between Production and Maintenance, sitting within the operations team while coordinating closely with maintenance. The Maintenance Operations Coordinator drives the planning, prioritization, and execution of maintenance activities, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations. This position requires someone who is highly organized, people-oriented, and able to translate information effectively between groups, like a process scheduler or engineer. Strong SAP knowledge is essential. The role also plays a critical leadership part in breakdown management, safety oversight, and continuous improvement initiatives within the facility.
