Louisville, Kentucky, USA Clariant is currently seeking a Maintenance, Repair, and Operations (MRO) Leader to support our Catalyst business unit. This role will oversee and manage the end-to-end MRO supply process at the production facility in Louisville, KY, ensuring materials, parts, and inventory are available, organized, and maintained to support continuous plant operations. This hands-on, individual contributor role is ideal for someone who thrives in a physically active environment, takes initiative, and has a strong command of SAP and inventory management best practices. The MRO Leader will oversee stockroom inventory and parts, review consumption to ensure correct quantities, follow up on late deliveries, and coordinate alternate vendors or adjust stock levels as needed. Familiarity with plant operations and equipment is essential, as this role involves helping dictate maintenance and equipment repairs, including knowledge of pumps and valves.
