Job Description
We are seeking an experienced SAP-Plant Maintenance and Work Management specialist to join our team.This will support our upcoming initiatives including SAP-S4 implementation, asset management transformation. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing maintenance management processes using SAP modules functionalities. This includes maintenance plans, work orders, and preventive maintenance strategies. You wil manage the complete maintenance lifecycle from planning and scheduling to execution and closure of maintenance activities. This role is critical for ensuring efficient asset management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and work order execution across our operations.
Additionally you will:
- Performs independent research within business to resolve business issues and process improvements. Performs functional analysis, requirements, definition and application module configuration and testing.
- Formulates and defines business scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of business and industry requirements. With this knowledge, develops or modifies complex business process. Includes analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic difficulties as necessary.
- Works in all phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
- Facilitates process to gather/establish business requirements.
- May participate in hardware/software selection, and vendor selection.
- Participates in project initiation and defines high-level requirements.
- Participates in business strategies, objectives and drivers.
- Is responsible for conducting prototypes, developing functional specifications, data mapping, function mapping, setting of configuration tables and setting of transaction/control tables.
- Has a thorough understanding of the business processes and flows to enable the analysis of business requirements and the development of solutions for the business functions.
- Is responsible for the identification of and resolution of gaps in the business processes. Involved in security/authorization set-up, user documentation, data interface design, data migration and reconciliation.
- Involved in the installation and tuning of modification, as well as archiving data. Ensures compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley and other regulations.
Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety.

Job Responsibilities
- Design implementing, and optimizing and configure SAP PM module functionalities including maintenance plans, work orders, and preventive maintenance strategies
- Manage the complete maintenance lifecycle from planning and scheduling to execution and closure of maintenance activities
- Develop and maintain work management processes aligned with business requirements and best practices
- Create and manage maintenance master data including equipment, technical locations, and bill of materials
- Configure and optimize maintenance planning and scheduling strategies
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance operations
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for PM-related issues
- Conduct training sessions for end-users on PM module functionality
- Collaborate with other functional teams (Finance, Production, Materials Management) to ensure process integration
- Document system configurations, processes, and standard operating procedures
- Participate in system upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives
- This role is critical for ensuring efficient asset management, preventive maintenance scheduling, and work order execution across our operations.
- Works to create Centers of Excellence based on best practices.
- Acts as a champion in standards and methodology governance, preforming code, design and standard reviews for others within the department.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5+ years IT experience, including several years of systems development experience in the design and development of department-wide or enterprise-wide applications.
- Detailed understanding and experience: 5+ years hands-on systems experience in one or more (specialized technical requirements as shown in technical addendum) modules appropriate for the job (or other related functional area experience).
- Possesses full technical knowledge of phases of software development life cycle.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of systems and/or business analysis design concepts. Demonstrated proficiency in the applied use of systems and process analysis tools. Full system life cycle experience, including development lifecycle methodologies.
- Ability to facilitate interactive design and functional specification sessions.
- Highly developed interpersonal, written and verbal skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms. Excellent technical writing and system documentation skills
- Strong analytical problem-solving and conceptual skills.
- Demonstrated project management skills for smaller projects.
- Must be a "team player" able to work with management in developing and implementing new processes and enabling systems. Able to work with end user groups to define application needs and identify feasible solutions.
- Proactive, self-motivated with the ability to motivate others and a customer-focused service attitude.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to meet objectives and effectively multi-task.

Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP Plant Maintenance module implementation and support
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning , work orders (WO), and maintenance scheduling
- Proficiency in configuring equipment hierarchies, bill of materials (BOM), and technical locations
- Experience with preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and breakdown maintenance processes
- Expertise in SAP PM master data management and data quality
- Understanding of PM integration with other SAP modules (Materials Management, Finance, Production)
- Knowledge of work center definitions, operations, and resource planning
- Experience migrating or working with SAP S/4HANA Plant Maintenance module
- Knowledge of S/4HANA new features for predictive maintenance
- Familiarity with SAP Cloud Platform and cloud-based PM solutions
- Understanding of digital transformation initiatives in maintenance management
- Experience with mobile maintenance solutions in S/4HANA
- Exposure to Fiori applications for PM functionality
