How You Will Do It

    • Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

  • Pipeline Development & Nurturing

    • Build and manage a dynamic pipeline by consistently following up with prospects and re-engaging dormant leads.

    • Use insights from previous interactions to personalize outreach and increase engagement.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Partner closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and alignment on messaging, timing, and client expectations.

    • Participate in regular syncs with sales leadership to share feedback, refine qualification criteria, and optimize outreach strategies.

    • Act as a bridge between marketing and sales, providing feedback on campaign effectiveness and lead quality.

  • Continuous Learning & Adaptation

    • Stay up to date on JCI's evolving product and service offerings, especially within the security portfolio, to confidently speak to their value.

    • Embrace ongoing training and development opportunities to sharpen sales techniques and deepen product knowledge.
