Kratos has an exciting opportunity for a Facilities Specialist in Colorado Springs, CO with the following responsibilities:

• Be responsible for working within the workload management systems.
• Help create and manage processes and work instructions.
• Serve as Safety Focal for the FM team. Attend regular meetings with fellow Safety Focals on our team, foster inclusion, and participation. Document minutes, as needed, track all open items to completion.
• Execute on Project Management responsibilities, as directed, and under the oversight of the Senior Director of the department.
• Be responsible for assisting with the execution of all maintenance and repair activities at the site. Work with outside contractors and Kratos personnel, and manage all work to completion, maintaining equipment at or above the level recommended by the manufacturer. Manage projects under the oversight of direct manager. Develop scopes of work for outside contractors / vendors.

The grade-based pay range for this job is listed below. Individual salaries within that range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Competitive salary based on experience and education
Annual Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000 (hourly role)
