About This Role:

The Enterprise Program Manager (EPM) is the primary day-to-day client liaison for Research and Advisory Services (RAS) engagements. This role ensures operational excellence, program alignment, and governance with the client program office, and achievement of contractual performance metrics. The EPM is responsible for synchronizing delivery across Forrester product lines, managing reporting cycles, maintaining program governance, and sustaining a trusted client relationship that advances the client's mission and business objectives.

In this role, the Enterprise Program Manager manages daily client engagement with the client program office, ensuring alignment with business and mission priorities and the successful fulfillment of contractual obligations.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the day-to-day liaison for the client program office, ensuring daily alignment of services to DAF priorities.

  • Oversee fulfillment of contract requirements, including usage dashboards, decision impact reporting, ROI attribution, and user satisfaction surveys.

  • Validate accuracy of KPI reporting and ensure compliance with performance thresholds (e.g., 95% usage, 100% attribution alignment, 4.5 satisfaction scores, 24-hour account provisioning).

  • Coordinate program governance activities, including monthly reviews, quarterly Executive Business Reviews (EBRs), and reporting to senior leadership.

  • Drives cross-functional collaboration with the account team and stakeholders from other business units involved in supporting and delivering the contract requirements.

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to adoption, utilization, and value generation that align with the client's business and mission outcomes.

  • Drive measurable outcomes by linking advisory engagements, AI insights, and training participation to client business and mission initiatives.

  • This role will also serve as the interim Facilities Security Officer (FSO)

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, public administration, IT management, or related field.

  • Six-plus years of client-facing account, program, or contract management experience, preferably with federal or defense clients.

  • Strong understanding of program governance, contract management, performance measurement, and reporting requirements in a government contracting environment.

  • Proven ability to manage complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams in delivering digital, research, and advisory solutions.

  • Comfortable communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong ability to interpret and analyze data to surface insights and themes.

  • This role will also serve as the interim Facilities Security Officer (FSO).

Eligibility for US Security Clearance: This position may require the candidate to be eligible for a U.S. Government Top Secret security clearance with eligibility for access to sensitive information. Candidates must either currently hold an active Top Secret clearance or be able to obtain and maintain one in accordance with U.S. government security requirements. Preference will be given to candidates with an active Top Secret clearance or who are able to receive interim approval while their application is pending with the US government. Candidates will be subject to a comprehensive background investigation conducted by the US government. Current US government criteria requires US citizenship and drug testing (inclusive of marijuana) for Top Secret security clearance. The US government may apply more stringent criteria for interim Top Secret approval.

Please note that the base salary range indicated here is inclusive of all applicable US geographies listed in this requisition. This salary range is based upon the position as described in the job listing. The offered compensation may vary within this range and is dependent upon the successful candidate's primary work location, experience, training, education, and credentials.

Base salary range: $140,000 - $230,000

For employees based in Washington State, the percentage listed here is an estimated bonus target as a percentage of base salary, in accordance with the Forrester Employee Bonus plan. Individual and company performance, as well as other eligibility criteria, will determine the actual incentive amount.
