What You'll Do

As a Contract Financial Analyst, you'll be part of a high-performing team that supports contract operations and financial analysis across the company. You'll work with departments like Sales, Legal, Support, and Marketing, gaining exposure to how different parts of the business operate.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing contract change requests and analyzing their financial impact

  • Leading client calls and helping resolve contract-related issues

  • Drafting legal documents and supporting contract amendments

  • Collaborating with Sales to support new bookings and help close deals

  • Prioritizing a high volume of requests and managing multiple tasks at once

  • Reconciling products and services purchased by clients to ensure accurate billing and revenue

Qualifications
Required

  • Must be able to work onsite in Overland Park, KS

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or equivalent experience

  • Minimum 1-year related financial analysis experience

  • Demonstrated ability to develop financial analysis and translate it into actionable tasks

  • Knowledge of basic accounting processes, procedure, and internal controls.

Preferred

  • Financial analysis experience in the healthcare or software industry

  • Contract experience from a sales or legal perspective.

  • Experience working in general ledger, financial analytics

  • Experience working with client or vendor contracts
