Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our team as an integral part of our warehouse operations. This full-time role focuses on efficiently and safely managing material handling and order processing to support our supply chain and logistics functions. Primary Duties Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner to move materials within the facility. Receive, process, and accurately prepare orders by picking, packing, and loading goods for shipment. Maintain inventory accuracy by conducting regular stock counts and reporting discrepancies promptly. Follow all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a hazard-free work environment. Collaborate closely with team members and supervisors to meet daily operational goals and deadlines. Perform routine maintenance and inspections on forklifts and report any mechanical issues immediately. Assist in organizing the warehouse layout to optimize space utilization and workflow efficiency. Attention to detail and a proactive approach to following safety guidelines are essential in this role to maintain high standards of warehouse operations. Qualifications Proven experience operating forklifts in a warehouse or industrial setting is required. Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and material handling best practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication skills and the capability to follow detailed instructions accurately. Physical stamina to handle repetitive lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety with no history of safety violations. Education / Experience High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience as a forklift operator or in order processing within a warehouse environment is highly advantageous.
