PSE's Pole Services team is part of the New Product Development department which develops new energy products and services to meet customer needs. The Pole Services group specifically engages with PSE's municipal, telecommunications, and construction development customers interested in street and area lighting, communication joint use, wireless collocation, and other pole-related services. This Project Manager II role will oversee the project management of Electric Vehicle Charging Stations that will be collocated on PSE's Wood Distribution, Transmission and Stand-Alone Street Light Poles throughout PSE's territory in Washington State. This individual ensures customer requirements are met, and work is completed to support PSE business, energy savings, green power, financial goals, and is responsible for ensuring consistent application of PSE standards, processes, and proactively driving continuous improvement activities. He/she will also participate in cross-functional teams internally and with our customers in both leadership and participant roles to develop appropriate solutions for PSE and customer needs. This Project Manager II will be responsible for managing material resources for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations, with the ability to make sure that sites are ready for collocation, construction and updating new and existing job aids, workflows and SAP task protocol. The candidate will also need to have extensive knowledge identifying PSE's Distribution and Transmission assets and calling out any make-ready work in order to install EV Charging Stations on poles. Upholds the safety compliance standards inherent in PSE's operating and/or field procedures related to work responsibilities. Promotes and supports a culture of total safety. Ensure duties are performed in accordance with all regulatory compliance obligations. The pay range for this position is$79,200.00-$131,700.00, and this position is eligible for annual goals based incentive bonuses. PSE offers a suite of benefits to our employees.
