Job Summary

The Rapid Rewards Strategy Consultan t focuses on growing membership and the engaged member base of Rapid Rewards, ensuring that members receive industry-leading benefits and value for their points along with the continued financial success of the program. This role will partner closely across Marketing and the enterprise to develop and execute tactics, initiatives, and campaigns. The Rapid Rewards Strategy Consultant has strong communication skills and looks forward to driving their own career with Heart.

Responsibilities
  • Define, monitor, update and provide executive updates and reports on the program's key performance indicators
  • Steward the financial, strategic, and competitive health of the program
  • Lead customer insights learning agenda to better inform program strategy, campaign promotion prioritization, enhancements to existing benefits, and internal executive level alignment on recommendations
  • Monitor the voice of the customer across channels to ensure we are listening and acting upon member feedback appropriately and thoroughly
  • Analyze operational performance, business process, customer insights, and/or future needs to clarify key challenges, diagnose root cause, and recognize performance improvement opportunities
  • Manage the ideation, department and enterprise alignment, delivery of strategies and initiatives, leveraging test and learn methodologies to optimize program, status, benefits, policies and or operational performance
  • Monitor competitive and tangential industry loyalty trends, as well as competitor program or promotional changes, ensuring that a point of view and response is established
  • Manage redemption platform and partnership, ensuring continued financial and strategic success
  • May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Skilled in mathematics, analytics, and problem solving
  • Ability to drive process improvement and see the big picture
  • Ability to communicate in a flexible and effective manner
  • Ability to handle high volumes of work, prioritize effectively, and hit promised timelines
  • Ability to deliver quality work within a low-cost environment
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other departments in order to influence business decisions
  • Ability to demonstrate high emotional intelligence in various situations dealing with both customers and fellow employees
  • Ability to proactively monitor future marketing trends
  • Knowledge of financial management, including P&L construction, ownership, and/or presentation
Education
  • Required: High School Diploma or GED
Experience
  • Advanced level experience, seasoned and specialized knowledge in:
    • Marketing and strategy
    • Loyalty program design and management
    • Business case analysis, financial modeling and forecasting
Licensing/Certification

Physical Abilities
  • Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time
  • Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job
  • Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
Other Qualifications
  • Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines

Pay & Benefits

  • Competitive market salary from $95,750 per year to $106,400 per year* depending on qualifications and experience. For eligible Leadership and individual contributor roles, additional bonus opportunities are available and awarded at the discretion of the company.
