What You'll Be Doing: ?

As our Area Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our success, serving as an inspirational leader and meticulous service steward:



  • Superstar Supervision: You'll hire, train, supervise, and coach your direct reports (including service coordinators/supervisors) to maximize engagement and achieve incredible results.
  • Quality & Compliance Champion: You'll maintain oversight for contracted care programs , monitoring services and regulatory compliance to ensure consistent, quality care standards are met. You'll conduct regular audits and approve documentation.
  • Relationship Master: You'll cultivate, build, and maintain positive relationships with clients, contracted direct care workers, family members, and key stakeholders. Plus, you'll manage critical relationships with Managed Care Plans, Case Managers, and community partners.
  • Growth Accelerator: Be the face of Mosaic! Develop and maintain community networking to enhance business growth and better serve people. You'll foster activities that lead to agency growth and the improvement of services.

Requirements
What You Bring to the Mosaic Family: ??

We are looking for a highly skilled leader committed to our values of belonging, connection, faithfulness, and grit.



  • Experience That Counts: Five or more years of experience with service coordination or delivery compliance is a must.
  • Proven Leadership: You must bring four or more years of supervisory experience to the table.
  • Critical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of applicable regulatory requirements and accreditation standards is essential.
  • Essential Credentials: You must have, or be an instructor for, CPR/First Aid certification, Article 9, and Principles of Caregiver certifications.
  • A "Can-Do" Attitude: The ability to prioritize, meet deadlines , and work cohesively with contacts both internal and external.
