Seasonal (Seasonal) Job Description JOB TITLE: Argenta Bartender DIVISION: Food and Beverage REPORTS TO: Bar Manager LOCATION: Moonbeam Lodge CLASSIFICATION: Part Time / Hourly / Seasonal POSITION: The Bartender is to take drink orders and deliver excellent customer service to bar patrons. SPECIFIC JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must be professional, friendly, social, and outgoing Must keep a clean and organized environment Reliable and punctual Must have knowledge of or experience of P.O.S. system and bar equipment Must be able to work at a quick pace, multi-task, and quickly recall information Sips n Tips Certification Food Handlers Permit Willing to work flexible work hours that may include holidays and weekends JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Collect and serve customers food and drink orders using POS system Create and maintain a comfortable, friendly atmosphere Ensure customer satisfaction Maintain a clean and organized bar Maintain beer and food inventory Offer recommendations or suggestions Verify IDs of any customer that appears under the age of 35 Bar-track customers bar tabs and the Berg system numbers daily Balance the bank at the end of each shift Cashier duties using POS system Assist guests with information of the resort and local area Build a good rapport with travelers, locals, and regular patrons Taking food orders Clean bar area before or after shifts Perks of Working Here: Work & Play in the Mountains: Embrace the stunning Wasatch Mountains.
