*We're Hiring: Customer Experience Specialist!* Looking to grow your career in the mortgage industry? As a Customer Experience Specialist I, you'll be the key point of contact guiding customers through the loan process-from origination to closing-in a fast-paced call center environment.
*What You'll Do* * Serve as the primary contact for customers throughout their mortgage journey * Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls and text messages with professionalism * Manage a pipeline of up to 75 loans, ensuring accuracy and timely updates * Collaborate across departments to resolve issues and keep loans moving * Perform data entry, monitor work queues, and follow established procedures * Deliver exceptional service while meeting production and quality standards *What You Bring* * At least 1 year of experience in the mortgage industry * Strong customer service and phone presence * Excellent problem-solving, time management, and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency with Microsoft and Google applications * Clear written and verbal communication skills * A drive to grow and succeed in a supportive environment This is more than just a job-it's a chance to build a meaningful career in a thriving industry. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
