What You'll Do: * Handle 80-100 inbound calls daily from customers * Schedule service appointments for vehicles * Make outbound calls to follow up with guests post-appointment * Update customer information in our internal system * Provide a high level of customer service with professionalism and care What We're Looking For: Preferred Experience: * 6+ months of call center experience * 6+ months of automotive dealership experience Work Environment: * Modern office with individual desks and dual monitors * Family-oriented culture that supports career growth * Business casual dress code * Team of 42 friendly and driven professionals Schedule: Two-Week Rotation: * Week 1: Monday - Friday \| 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM * Week 2: Choose one weekday off (Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday) * Work remaining weekdays \| 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM * Saturday \| 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM Note: Availability to work every other Saturday is required. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
