Infor is looking for a Principal Solution architect for our Healthcare Industry Solution. This person will be responsible for researching, documenting, and configuring the HC Golden Tenant for Time to Value as well as maintaining current data for CloudSuite Healthcare/Public Sector. This role requires functional knowledge of Supply Management in the Healthcare/Public Sector Industries. It is highly collaborative with Solution Consulting, Strategy, Product Management, and Consulting. In addition, this role provides leadership and guidance to the offshore Time to Value team in their duties to supporting routine processes and building and maintaining data automations and quality assurance. A Day In the Life Typically Looks Like: * Managing the build of new functionality and supporting ongoing configurations, for the Supply Management products. * Creating and maintaining Supply Management demo transactional data as necessary to support use cases demonstrated by Solution Consulting and Infor Services Business process walkthroughs with implementing clients. * Collaborating with the Technical Architect to configuring all OS system capabilities including but not exclusive to Velocity Suite, Workspaces, mobile, ION workflows, and Birst enterprise content. * Collaborating with Finance, as well as Industry Strategists, Solution Consulting, Product Management and Solutions and Innovation to define new or to modify existing builds. * Providing input and feedback to Product Management on new feature requirements and capabilities. * Provide leadership and mentoring to the offshore T2V (time 2 value) resources supporting Supply Management capabilities and automated data and QA. Basic Qualifications: ERP lead consulting experience with Supply Managment Infor ERP products or equivalent experience with a Healthcare or Public Sector practitioner. HRT/Payroll functional practitioner knowledge in a Healthcare or Public Sector setting. Leadership capabilities and demonstrated ability to collaborate and mentor functional skills with employees that have less functional depth. Outstanding oral and written communication skills.
