What You'll Do:


We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety) Intern. This internship will provide valuable exposure to various aspects of EHS practices within our organization and is designed for students who are interested in gaining practical experience in the field. As an EHS Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the EHS team in implementing and maintaining safety programs, conducting risk assessments, and promoting a culture of safety across the organization.

Essential Duties:


  • Assist in development, implementation, and evaluation of EHS policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with EHS regulations
  • Participate in the identification and evaluation of workplace hazards and recommend appropriate control measures
  • Support incident investigations, including collecting and analyzing data, and identifying root causes to prevent future occurrences
  • Assist in development and delivery of EHS training programs for employees
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote safety initiatives and ensure EHS requirements are integrated into daily operations
  • Assist in the compilation and analysis of EHS data, preparing reports, and presenting findings to management
  • Stay up to date with current EHS regulations, permits, and records in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Contribute to the development and promotion of a strong safety culture by organizing safety campaigns, events, and awareness programs
  • Other duties as assigned.

Internship Details:


  • The program will be a paid summer internship
  • The program will be 12 weeks in length, and is planned to occur between Monday, May 25 and Friday, August 14, 2026. This date range is subject to change.
  • Must be able to attend the entirety of the internship.
  • Applications will be accepted until Monday, December 15th, 2025.


Program Requirements:


  • The program will be a paid summer internship, working full-time hours.
  • Must attend entirety of internship from the indicated start and end date noted above
  • Minimum 3.2 GPA
  • Must have completed a minimum of 2 years at an accredited university and currently enrolled

If this position requires access to export-controlled technology and technical data, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations and or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations, any offer of employment is contingent upon Chromalloy's determination, in its sole discretion, if any additional authorization for the employee to access such technology is required and obtainable in a manner that meets its immediate business needs prior to beginning work.
