Role SnapshotOur Senior Agile Coach supports the organization in the adoption and growth of Agile ways of working, with a focus on the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). They are responsible for guiding leaders, teams, and stakeholders in adopting Agile principles, improving cross-functional collaboration, and enhancing value delivery across the enterprise. They will partner closely with leadership to strengthen Agile maturity across the organization, ensuring that delivery practices are consistent, transparent, and connected to overall business goals. This Senior Agile Coach will build alignment between delivery practices and business goals in a transformative Scaled Agile environment. This includes facilitating Agile planning events, providing training and mentorship on Agile methodologies, and promoting the effective use of metrics to support informed decision-making.
