The Clinical Consultant IV is responsible for acting as the clinical expert while leading the implementation of WellSky solutions for clients. The scope of this job includes bridging the gap between clinical workflows and solution functionality to ensure successful deployment, customization, and adoption of the solution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assume a leadership role in the planning and execution of solution implementation tasks and act as the client advocate to ensure alignment with objectives and industry best practices.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of existing clinical workflows utilizing advanced techniques to gain insights, document processes, and identify strategic opportunities for improvement that result in long-term success.
  • Build strategic partnerships with clients by leveraging expert knowledge of clinical workflows to tailor recommendations that optimize solution functions and enhance patient care, treatment plans, and health outcomes.
  • Use comprehensive industry compliance knowledge to conduct audits and assessments and apply expertise to manage risks and validate adherence to regulations and standards.
  • Resolve solution issues and lead complex configurations by leveraging advanced features and applying expert-level knowledge on system functionalities.
  • Deliver advanced training sessions by tailoring approaches to diverse client needs.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the solution features by resolving escalations, providing mentorship, and training new hires.
  • Utilize market data to improve internal documentation, user guides and reference recordings.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 8-12 years relevant work experience

Job Expectations:

  • Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs
  • Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
  • Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
  • Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
