Job Summary: As part of BDO's Technology & Transformation Practice, the Solutions Architect at the Director level leads clients through successful deployments of Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) software. This role will be responsible for guiding clients through the entire implementation lifecycle-including discovery, design, configuration, and deployment-while ensuring solutions align with business objectives and deliver measurable value. Job Duties:
- Leads end-to-end Icertis CLM implementations for large enterprise clients, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, integration, and deployment
- Serves as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for clients throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring clear communication and alignment of expectations
- Facilitates discovery workshops to understand client needs, business processes, and contract management requirements
- Architects and designs scalable Icertis CLM solutions tailored to client environments, leveraging best practices and industry standards
- Oversees configuration and customization of the Icertis platform, ensuring optimal performance and user adoption
- Manages project teams, mentor junior consultants, and coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality outcomes
- Provides thought leadership on contract management transformation, process optimization, and digital enablement
- Ensures all deliverables meet BDO's quality standards and client requirements
- Supports business development activities, including proposal development and client presentations
- Travels up to 50% of the time, including international

Supervisory Responsibilities:
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Education:
- Bachelor's degree, required; in Information Technology or Business, preferred
Experience:
- Eight (8) years of experience in contract management technology, digital transformation, or related consulting roles, required
- Proven experience leading Icertis CLM deployments, including hands-on configuration and solution design, required
- Experience capturing and leading discussions related to contract lifecycle management processes and best practices, required
License/Certification:
- Icertis certifications, required
- Project management or architecture certifications, preferred
Software:
- ERP experience (Infor, Workday, Icertis, Deltek, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, etc.), preferred
- Enterprise Software Selection experience, preferred

- Approximately 50% out-of-town travel, include international travel
Individual salaries that are offered to a candidate are determined after consideration of numerous factors including but not limited to the candidate's qualifications, experience, skills, and geography. National Range: $150,000 - $250,000 Maryland Range: $150,000 - $250,000 NYC/Long Island/Westchester Range: $150,000 - $250,000
