GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Director of Project Management serves as a managing official for Project Managers (PM) and Project Engineers as well as Subcontractors, all related to the installation of products by Wells. The position will be responsible for executing direction and managerial supervision which ensures customer satisfaction, favorable fiscal results, safety of personnel, and development of direct reports. The Director will also be responsible for the implementation of new policies, processes and procedures. This position will report to the VP of Drafting & Engineering. Salary range ($130,000+).
