The Dispatcher adheres to and promotes corporate policies and manages the general use of equipment, trucks, delivery personnel and materials. This employee directs all activities that concern delivery, warehouse and facilities. Duties & Responsibilities: 
     
 Responsible for the fast, accurate processing of sales orders, setting up job's information, confirming & appropriate reports which support sales order processingProcessing credit memos on the computerAssist customers with will call ordersSupervises stocking crews, conducts performance reviews and employee orientation, and coordinates driver trainingSchedules and dispatches crews to maximize time efficiency and monitors labor costs on each jobComputes payroll accurately and on timeTrains new stockers on how to perform job safely and correctlyCompletes new hire and training paperwork in a timely mannerEnsures compliance with VCR programResponsible for triple count and job completer programResponsible for front counter, office/dispatch, restroom and yard/warehouse cleanlinessResponsible for ensuring that trucks are cleanPerforms job in a safe manner
 Basic Qualifications: 
     
 High school diploma, requiredCollege degree, preferredMinimum 2 years of related work experienceStrong Microsoft office skillsAbility to quickly and accurately perform basic math skillsAbility to quickly read a road/geographical map and communicate directionsOrganization skills demonstrated in job performanceDemonstrated ability to follow instructions with limited guidance

 Physical Requirements:
