Job Description:

The Equipment Set Up Attendant is responsible for assembling equipment/dry goods and liquor following procedures and assembly diagrams according to established processes.

Essential Functions:

Equipment production- assemble airline modules according to specifications.

  • Sort, wrap and pack airline dry goods/beverage & equipment into airline carts according to airline specifications.
  • Assure proper management of food and beverage inventory and documentation.
  • Notifies the manager of maintenance issues and repair problems in the equipment.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Food Safety and Quality

  • Keep production areas in compliance with sanitation standards set by HACCP, FDA, USDA, and customer requirements.
  • Ensures compliance with all Good Manufacturing Processes (GMP).


Skills and Qualifications

This role requires good communication and comprehension skills and the ability to speak, read and write in the English language.

  • Must be flexible and have the ability to react to changing priorities.
  • Must have good organizational skills and be adaptable to frequent changes in specifications and diagrams.
  • Must have the ability to push up to 50 lbs. with the use of rolling carts and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must possess basic math skills.
  • Must be flexible to work in a high production environment, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to work in an upright position for extended periods of time.
  • Must be able to work independently.
  • Working knowledge of HACCP, USDA, and FDA compliance.

While performing the duties of this job, the employe is regularly required to communicated verbally and nonverbally. This role frequently is required to stand and traverse for long periods, engage in manual dexterity to move objects including reaching overhead and operating equipment. This role will lift/carry/transport some heavy materials with or without assistance.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

This is a full-time position. The facility operates 365 days. Must be willing to work any shift, days off as assigned by unit leadership.
