The Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager leads the recruiting function and manages the Talent Acquisition team that is responsible for delivering high-quality hires across the organization. This position designs recruiting strategies, assists with employer branding, manages vendor relationships, and partners with HR leadership on workforce planning. The TA Manager ensures consistent hiring practices that align with business goals and company culture. Primary Responsibilities
