UX Writer/Strategist

Are you a seasoned UX Writer/Content Strategist with a passion for creating clear, effective digital experiences? We're seeking a skilled content expert to help shape the digital presence for a major utility client. You'll be responsible for developing and refining content that makes complex information simple and intuitive for users. You will work hand-in-hand with product teams and UX designers to create a seamless user journey from start to finish. We're looking for someone who excels at both UX writing and conversion copywriting, with a proven ability to craft persuasive language for landing pages, push notifications, and everything in between.

If you have a strong understanding of how content fits into the user journey, including experience with wireframing and user flows, this role is for you. We need someone with a keen eye for detail and the flexibility to adapt to changing project needs. Your work will directly impact how users interact with our client's digital platforms.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media/Journalism, English, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in digital writing and content strategy, with a strong focus on web and mobile copywriting.
• Demonstrated experience writing high-performing Buttons and Calls to Action (CTAs).
• Working knowledge of content management systems (CMS), databases, and basic publishing software.
• Exceptional writing, proofing, and editing skills with a proven track record of flawless execution.
