We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Intern to join our team in Albany, Oregon. This role can start as soon as possible and work throughout the fall 2025 and spring 2026 semesters. This is an onsite, part time position, working at least 15 hours a week. This internship offers real-world, applicable finance experience across key areas such as accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and compliance. The intern will gain exposure to a broad range of finance activities, working alongside professionals to contribute to meaningful projects that impact the business. As an intern at ATI, you'll gain hands-on experience, learn from experts, and collaborate with teams that do truly exceptional things. The projects and skills outlined below will be guided and directed by an established ATI-Professional in your field of interest. Key Responsibilities:
- Support duty drawback activities, including data review and preparation of required documentation.
- Assist with monthly financial close tasks
- Partner with the FP&A team to contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Analyze financial data and help identify trends, variances, and key performance drivers
- Contribute to internal audits, compliance initiatives, and process improvement projects.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and project support as assigned.

Qualifications Required:
- Current student pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred:
- PowerBI experience
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP principles
- Prior internship or relevant work experience
