Essential Functions and Primary Duties
*Set up and maintain log in and password for carrier websites for Accounting (Cash Application) and Client Services.
*Responsible for adding and removing employees to websites for Client Services. (dealing with social security numbers of Producers and Account managers to set up carrier access)
*Setting up security access for locations and producers (providing carrier with access rights they should be set up with).
*Make sure all broker codes are paid under one payee code.
*Setup ACH for new carriers and carriers that are still paying by checks.
*Receiving carrier 2nd verification codes via text message or email and sending to Cash Application
*Send out W-9
*Make sure carriers are sending statements to commission's email that do not have websites.
*Primary contact for all carriers. About 250 carriers with websites.
*Roboform clean up
*Update Roboform
*Help find missing statements and set up for easy access in future
*Help with projects and cash application as needed.
Minimum Qualifications Required
* High school diploma or GED required
* Bachelor's Degree or two years of experience on a specialized subject matter
* Must maintain current required licenses and certifications relevant to field of expertise
* Demonstrates the ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
* Effective customer service skills
* Proficient use of applicable technology
* Ability to work in team environment as well as independently
* Ability to analyze and prioritize multiple responsibilities
