What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading the planning, architecture, and research efforts across multiple software projects or disciplines, setting technical direction and vision.
• Coordinating product design and development activities, with a focus on user interface innovation, software design, and solver research.
• Defining, developing, and upholding best practices through technical reviews, mentorship, and hands-on leadership.
• Performing advanced bug verification, release testing, and beta support, collaborating closely with QA and product support teams to resolve complex issues.
• Engaging with strategic customers and partners to understand their needs, translating market requirements into actionable solutions and roadmaps.
• Functioning as a high-level team leader, project manager, or software architect, operating independently and providing technical guidance across groups.
• Potentially managing a small technical team, fostering a culture of innovation, quality, and continuous improvement.

What You'll Need:

• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 12+ years' experience; MS with 10+ years; or PhD with 8+ years.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Visual Studio, C#, WPF, C++ CLI, and Native C++.
• Extensive experience in user interface development for complex software products.
• Proven track record of leading technical initiatives and delivering state-of-the-art solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in coordinating across multiple products or teams.
