About the Company

Join a world-renowned global beauty brand dedicated to celebrating individual beauty and innovation. We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Packaging Designer to translate our brand vision into stunning and functional packaging across our entire product portfolio.

The Role

The Packaging Designer will be responsible for creating innovative 2D and 3D design solutions for both primary and secondary packaging. You will play a crucial role in supporting the overall brand strategy and product positioning, ensuring that every piece of packaging enhances the consumer experience and aligns with our luxury brand image.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop innovative primary and secondary packaging concepts in both 2D (graphics) and 3D (form).
• Ensure all designs align with the brand's identity, product positioning, and current luxury trends.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through to final production art.
• Maintain clear, consistent, and proactive communication with cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail in all aspects of design and file preparation.
• Take a proactive approach to design leadership by staying ahead of trends and proposing creative solutions.
• Work a flexible schedule to accommodate a 5-day workweek.
• Maintain a presence in the office 2 days per week (specific location to be determined).

Qualifications

• BA or BFA in Industrial Design, Packaging Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of professional experience in a design role, or a highly developed portfolio demonstrating equivalent skills.
• Experience with a beauty, fashion, or luxury global brand (in-house experience in Haircare, Beauty, or Skincare is a strong preference).

• Exceptional proficiency in 3D form, graphic design, and typography.
• Expert command of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume, and deadline-driven environment.
• Excellent organizational and verbal/written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail is non-negotiable.

• Experience utilizing 3D/rendering software (e.g., SolidWorks, Rhino, Keyshot, etc.).
• Knowledge of current fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and luxury trends.

We are particularly interested in candidates who are currently in college or about to graduate and can demonstrate the required skills and professional experience. The ideal candidate has a flexible schedule that allows for a full 5-day work commitment and the 2-day in-office requirement.
