Description Maine Medical CenterProfessional - Clinical ($3,000.00 Sign on Bonus paid in 3 installments, prorated for PartTime) Current MaineHealth employees not eligible for the sign on bonus. Must be separated from MaineHealth system for 6months to be eligible. Summary PART TIME 20 HOURS The Pharmacy Technician will function in a training capacity, working alongside a trainer/mentor while completing their job responsibilities in their respective pharmacy practice area. The Pharmacy Technician will assist pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and the care team in the storage, distribution, preparation, and handling of medications within MaineHealth. The Pharmacy Technician will only perform competencies that they have completed in their knowledge-based courses and on the job training and are qualified to perform alongside a technician trainer/mentor or pharmacist. Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs) 1. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required 2. License/Certifications: Current or eligible for applicable state(s) license as a Pharmacy Technician 3. Experience: None required 4. Additional Skills/Requirements Required: Proficient computer skills 5.
