What You Will Do: 
 Making deliveries to customer locations and managing shipment of goodsCommunicate professionally & effectively with customers when delivering both good and bad information. This would include both verbal and written communicationsReceiving goods and inventory control of goodsRead work instructions, work orders, follows production drawings and sample assemblies, or receives verbal instructions regarding duties to be performedAssemble different parts of manufactured products using hand tools, power tools, machines, and equipmentInspect all materials, components, subassemblies, etc. to assure they meet the accepted quality standardsAccurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes, or returns, credits, debits, and non-conformancesProvide accurate and timely information regarding availability of in-stock itemsObtain accurate information relating to shipment dates and expected date of deliveryAnswer inquiries from customers providing basic technical product and applications supportPresent price, credit, and terms in accordance with standard proceduresParticipate in Lean events with active involvement in CI initiativesReport unsafe acts or conditions to supervision immediately as noticed Position Details: 
 Candidate must reside in Fairmont, WV or surrounding areaWork week and shift: Monday through Friday, 7AM to 4PM, daily overtime and weekend work may be requiredCompensation: Competitive hourly rate with eligibility for quarterly bonus programThis role is an Individual contributorRegular attendance and punctuality are expected upon accepting this positionProperly follow company and OSHA safety procedures (steeled toed shoes, safety glasses and other Personal Protective Equipment that is required must always be worn while performing job)Maintain high ethical standardsImmigration sponsorship is not provided for this position Minimum Qualifications:  
 2 years minimum experience in sales/customer service experienceClean MVRAble to lift up to 40lbsProficiency in MS Office; Word, Excel, and PowerPointProficient in sales and ERP software system;Adherence to export control regulationsMechanical aptitudeHigh accuracy in data entryStrong interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and various levels of managementExcellent time management and prioritization skills with a high level of persistency in meeting delivery schedulesBasic analytical and problem-solving skills Physical Demands: 
 Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing.Minimal bending, crouching, kneeling, crawling, squatting, climbing ladders & stairs, lifting up to 40lbs, using a keyboard and dialing.Occasional lifting up to 25lbs, picking, pinching, fine manipulation and writing.Frequent reaching, twisting, stretching, pushing, pulling and driving.Constant sitting, standing, walking, seeing, hearing and speaking.
