Position Overview
We are seeking Patient Services Representatives (Phlebotomists I and II) to join our healthcare team across multiple locations in Georgia. This role is vital to delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring accurate specimen collection and processing. The PSR I/II will represent the organization with professionalism and compassion, providing patients with an exceptional experience while maintaining accuracy, safety, and confidentiality. Successful candidates may work in physician offices, patient service centers, or other assigned locations as business needs require. Job Responsibilities
Perform specimen collection and processing duties accurately and efficiently under the supervision of the area supervisor
Maintain a safe, clean, and professional work environment at all times
Conduct both forensic and clinical specimen collection following established policies and procedures
Verify patient information, initials, and signatures post-venipuncture to ensure correct labeling and identification
Maintain required records, documentation, and specimen tracking with accuracy and compliance
Provide clear communication and excellent customer service to patients, clients, and colleagues
Demonstrate organizational commitment, professionalism, and adherence to safety and confidentiality standards
Support multiple sites as needed, including travel with minimal notice
Follow all policies and procedures, including those related to dress code, safety, and quality assurance
Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment while maintaining focus and accuracy in high-volume settings
Job Requirements
Ability to produce accurate, error-free work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Excellent phlebotomy skills, including pediatric and geriatric collections
Flexible and available to work weekends, holidays, on-call shifts, and overtime as required
Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean driving record (if applicable)
Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively
Commitment to punctuality, reliability, and professionalism
Training locations may vary based on trainer availability
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required
Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred
Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in California, Nevada, and Washington)
Work Experience
Phlebotomist I: 0-2 years of phlebotomy experience preferred (new graduates welcome)
Phlebotomist II: Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections
At least 2 years in a patient service center environment preferred
Customer service experience in a healthcare, retail, or service setting preferred
Keyboarding and data entry proficiency required

Candidates must live within a 25-minute commute of their preferred location
Reliable personal transportation required (bus, Uber, or rideshare services are not considered reliable)
