This position also supports the management and oversight of Health and Safety compliance as well as the Ammonia Process Safety Management program. What You'll Be Doing: Ensure corporate compliance with laws and regulations. Lead the Corporate Process Safety Management (PSM) program. Partner with Legal to respond to regulatory body inquiries and activity. Collaborate with internal & external partners to enhance and sustain a best-in-class safety strategy. Maintain and identify trends in health and safety metrics while using those metrics to drive continuous improvement by creating recommendations to the field based on interpretations. Develop health and safety policies and procedures. Partner with corporate and field leadership teams to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. Travel outside of corporate office to support the field as needed (Up to 25%). Act as the enterprise subject matter expert on Federal OSHA, State OSHA plans, and the Process Safety Management (PSM) program. Responsible for leading the Fire Safety and Suppression function. What You'll Bring with You: Bachelor's degree or equivalent safety experience. 6+ years of experience in Health and Safety where compliance is a large part of the role. CSP/ASP Preferred Expertise with Federal and State OSHA plans. Experience with Process Safety Management (PSM). Ability to lead projects and programs. Ability to interpret local, state, and federal regulations and determine business applications. Demonstrated ability to build partnerships to accomplish objectives.
