An Environmental Services Specialist at SET Environmental is responsible for: Preparing paperwork and coordinate daily filed service and transportation jobs Helping coordinate emergency responses with other SET departments Providing waste profiling, manifesting and management Providing disposal site pricing to sales department Assisting in qualifying incoming leads and direct to appropriate sales person Making sure customer needs/calls are attended to as quickly as possible Performing daily customer service responsibilities Working closely with the sales department, supplying them with creative transportation and disposal options Recommending potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs Working cooperatively with operational groups Working closely/cooperatively with designated sales representative(s) Willing to perform any other miscellaneous duties as necessary JOB REQUIREMENTS 4 year degree, preferably in a science field or4+ years working in a team environment and preferably in a customer service role Competent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook) Excellent verbal & written communication skills Solid reasoning and problem-solving skills Proven self-starter, highly motivated, sets aggressive goals Ability to effectively multi-task while managing a heavy workload Must be detail orientated
